Progress
Doing a handstand is something I never thought I'd be able to do. I think that my arms are the weakest part of my body. It may not be the perfect handstand ever, but for me it's progress. It's important to see the little bits of progress along our journey. These little bits give us motivation to accomplish our goals!! I am so incredibly excited to see where this month takes me on my fitness journey! Let's start this month off the right way! Eat healthy, set goals & remember you're doing this for a better you!
